OUR POLICY

1. APPOINTMENTS, CANCELLATIONS & PAYMENTS

A valid credit card is required to book any appointment.

Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

No-show / no-call appointments will be charged 100% of the scheduled service cost.

Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not be accommodated.

If service cannot be provided due to late arrival, the cancellation fee applies.

We will make reasonable efforts to reschedule when possible.

For repeat clients, cards may be securely kept on file by our booking system.

Omnia Beauty Bar does not have direct access to stored card details.

All applicable fees are automatically processed through the booking system.

2. SERVICE SATISFACTION & DISPUTES

Clients are encouraged to address any concerns immediately at the time of service.

Concerns raised days after service completion will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Omnia Beauty Bar does not guarantee refunds or replacements once a client has:

Left the premises satisfied, and

Used or altered the service after departure.

If a resolution is offered, it will be limited to:

A partial or full refund at management’s discretion, or

A corrective service, not both.

Harassment, repeated demands, or escalation beyond reasonable discussion voids eligibility for further accommodation.

3. CLIENT CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR STANDARDS

To ensure a safe and professional environment for clients and staff:

Abusive, aggressive, threatening, or disruptive behavior is strictly prohibited.

Yelling, intimidation, repeated confrontation, or harassment of staff or other clients will not be tolerated.

Any behavior that interferes with normal business operations may result in immediate termination of service.

4. RECORDING & PRIVACY POLICY

Audio or video recording inside Omnia Beauty Bar is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from management.

This includes recording staff, other clients, or private conversations.

Unauthorized recording will result in:

Immediate termination of service, and

Request to leave the premises.

5. TRESPASS & LAW ENFORCEMENT

If a client is asked to leave and refuses, they will be considered trespassing.

Management reserves the right to contact law enforcement immediately to ensure safety.

Clients who violate conduct or recording policies may be permanently banned from Omnia Beauty Bar.

6. RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE

Omnia Beauty Bar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone who:

Violates this policy,

Disrupts the business environment,

Poses a safety or legal risk to staff or clients.

7. POLICY ACKNOWLEDGMENT

By booking or receiving services at Omnia Beauty Bar, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by this policy.
