Your appointments and convenience are very important to us. We realize that time expected circumstances may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 24 hour notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
OUR POLICY
A cancellation or request for reschedule made less than 24 hours in advance will invoke a cancellation fee of 50% off service cost.
If there is no show no call will be charged 100% of the service.
Should you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we cannot guarantee that it will provide service. If we cannot accommodate you due to late arrival, the same cancellation fee will be charged.we will try our best to reschedule your appointment for another time that suits you.
A credit card is required to make an appointment. The cancellation fees will be charged to the card you provide.
For the repeat appointment we do keep your card on file, and we do not have direct access to it.
If there is no show or cancellations your card is automatically charged.
